A phrase from Warren Buffet that is timeless, 'Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful'. We are in the fearful age with most people looking at an economy that is stagnant not just here but throughout the western world. How do we navigate the future amidst so much noise and chaos. Bitcoins, precious metals and land banking may inflation proof your investements as long as you have the income to pay for the increased bills arriving daily. There's hardly an institution that can be relied upon it would seem. Whatever party persuasion there's only so much politicians can do. For me it's time to get greedy only property produces capital growth and income but the more the governments of the day regulate the business the more opportunities are presented for those who are not fearful.
