Feeling a bit groggy this week?
Maybe a little stressed about getting back to work?
Or just not quite feeling that spark after time off?
You’re not alone, i am feeling this too and it’s completely normal.
When your body’s been in rest mode, jumping straight back into high gear can feel heavy, foggy, or unmotivated.
That’s why it’s so important to keep your nervous system activated and efficient — not just during holidays, but every day.
I’m spending a few weeks here in Denmark, staying with friends on their farm — surrounded by open land, crisp air, and horses.
Most of my days are spent outdoors, breathing, moving, observing… simply being with the horses.
It makes me feel good.
It makes me feel safe and calm.
And this is my practice too — a daily way to strengthen my nervous system, regulate my energy, and stimulate creativity ready for the new year in business.
We can’t perform at our best if we only recharge when we’re already depleted.
Our nervous system needs consistent, gentle training — a daily dose of calm — to keep the body and brain balanced, efficient, and resilient.
This isn’t switching off.
It’s building capacity for high performance and long-term wellbeing.
✨ Body first → Brain follows → Performance rises.
