GF People Services is a HR Consultancy with CEDR Mediator Accreditation. Based in Dublin we provide HR services to small and medium size organisations nationwide.
We specialise in workplace mediations, employee relations and advice and representations. We offer independent membership for interview panels for management roles and provide employment contracts, policies and handbooks.
GF People Services have significant experience in dealing with difficult and tricky employee relations that may be complex, layered and involve several parties. We provide a creative, innovative and a bespoke approach towards the achievement of realistic and affordable solutions.
Gerry is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has held HR management and senior management roles for over 20 years. He has led out on significant human resource strategic, operational and change initiatives.
He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator, holds a BA Hons in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, and MSc in Human Resource Strategies and a post graduate Diploma in Conflict and Dispute Resolution.
