In my last role as CFO at MATRAPAC GROUP in Ukraine and Germany, I have been instrumental in not only managing the finance function, but also running through all the business processes of the company, namely supply, production and sales. Delving into the production process and sales, I always wanted to optimise the product range so that the company could make the highest margin from each sale. And working closely with the commercial department gave me the insight and confidence to implement the new incentive system for sales managers. I am particularly proud of the fact that together with the shareholders I was able to develop a company management system that led to significant growth in sales and profitability of sales, which showed its effectiveness even during the war in Ukraine.
I am confident that my proactive management approach and ability to embrace new business processes is beneficial to any company. My experience in leading successful initiatives, implementing cost-cutting strategies and building strong relationships with investors and financial institutions is the foundation of my ability to contribute to any company's strategic goals.
