I'm Michelle Brayfield, a UK-based Virtual Assistant and business support provider working with small business owners who need practical, reliable support from someone who actually gets things done.
My background is in construction, transport, health and safety, and operations. Fast-paced industries where being organised and on top of things was not optional. That experience means I understand businesses that have a lot moving at once and need support from someone who can hit the ground running.
I work with small business owners across a range of support areas including admin and operations, outreach and lead generation, systems and process setup, document organisation, CRM management, content creation, and design work including logos, flyers, and Canva graphics.
Everything is handled remotely, communication is kept clear and straightforward, and I only take on work I can do properly.
