Paul Geaves was superb from the start to the end, taking time to find out iust what was needed (accommodation and flights for 3 x 85yr old ladies), and he managed to get the price to below what the 'national large brand' travel agency had offered. He secured and booked the holiday all within 48 hours, and he has been on hand since to answer some further questions that the ladies had.
